Outstanding. Best experience I’ve had at a spot, best products and prices, best selection, and the best customer service I’ve ever received, and being in Boston, there are a lot of quality locations delivering quality products and excellent customer service, but Cape Ann is next level, I had to write a review after just leaving the shop now after meeting the General Manager at checkout, outstanding guy, the experience shopping here consistently get progressively better and better. Do yourself a favor, take a shot and just once put your trust in someone else’s review, shop here first. It’s well worth the trip even if it’s out of your way. If it’s close by, even better. Can not say enough good things about this place. Excellent job, guys. Outstanding.
